  2. We take care of all the trash & trash removal.
  3. We wash, clean, price, stage the home.
  4. Days of sale: We have team members throughout the home helping potential buyers.
  5. WE REMOVE ALL FURNITURE when purchased by buyers to ensure your home doesn't get damaged.
  6. We work with a licensed moving company City of Angels Moving LLC on larger homes. They are on-site during the sale assisting with all aspects of estate contents removal.
  7. We can assist in hazardous waste/Electronic waste removal.
  8. After the sale we offer an optional clear out.
  9. We leave your home clean and ready to be turned over to new owner.
